Job Summary

The Case Worker (Immigration Analyst) will support the preparation, processing, and management of immigration cases. The role requires immigration experience, strong documentation skills, attention to detail, case management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support immigration cases and related documentation.
  • Prepare, draft, review, and maintain immigration forms, petitions, letters, and supporting documents.
  • Review case documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Enter and maintain accurate case information in immigration case management systems.
  • Monitor case status, identify pending requirements, and follow up on outstanding documentation and information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders on case-related requirements and routine queries.
  • Ensure cases are processed within defined timelines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Handle confidential client and immigration information with discretion.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in immigration, immigration operations, case processing, or a related domain.
  • Good understanding of immigration processes and documentation.
  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, or processing immigration-related documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with case management systems or other workflow tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
