Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand client requirements and coordinate hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers
- Support onboarding activities
Desired Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Self-disciplined and willing to learn
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
