About the Company
Manpower groups is hiring a Sales Executive for RSPL company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Pune and Rest of Maharashtra.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client visits and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Candidate must be based in Pune or willing to travel across Maharashtra.
