Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers, updating records, and coordinating joining formalities.
- Provide support for HR Operations activities, employee documentation, and routine people-process tasks.
- Help prepare reports and contribute to a smooth, organized employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders while handling information responsibly and professionally.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a people-focused career.
- Ability to work from the Gurgaon office for the three-month internship.
This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000. Selected interns will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR processes and build a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
