MACHKG ICT LLP is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for its ITES operations in Perambur, Chennai. The internship offers practical exposure to business processes, data interpretation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination within a professional technology-enabled services environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering, organizing, and documenting business and operational requirements.
- Support analysis of workflows, reports, and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare clear summaries, presentations, process notes, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track action items and support timely project delivery.
- Help maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Open to final-year students and recent graduates who are interested in business analysis and IT-enabled services.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, and learning new business tools or systems.
- Ability to work full-time from the Perambur, Chennai office for the six-month internship.
