Opportunity brief

Lynkr Club · commission-first · ownership-heavy · remote/hybrid The Vibe This is not a " send 100 cold emails and pray " gig. We're looking for a pipeline main character. You're the person who turns a " cool app concept " into a waitlist packed with real users and a network full of signed partners. Pay: ₹0 base, but commission on closed outcomes. Currency: Real ownership of growth experiments, uncapped upside on your hustle, and building an early partner pipeline you can actually brag about on your resume. What you'll actually do Hunt & Close: Message potential partners (D2C, local brands) like it's a sport but with actual manners. Build the Engine: Run simple funnels that work: form → follow-up → booked chat → closed interest. Own the Pipeline: Run the CRM-lite (Notion/Sheets), follow up relentlessly, and close loops. Growth Science: Test hooks ("what made them say yes?"), track what hits vs. what's vibes-only, and double down on the winners. Sync with Brand: Work directly with the Brand Intern to make sure our content translates into actual leads, not just likes. You're probably us if: Rejection is just a loading screen for you. You can DM a brand without sounding like a spam bot or a scam PDF. You like scoreboards (numbers > vibes alone). You're okay with hustle pay if the upside, ownership, and learning curve are real. You want to look back and say, " I built Lynkr's early partner pipeline, " and have the receipts to prove it. Soft flexes (nice, not mandatory) Past campus ambassador, sales, community building, or side-hustle selling. Comfortable jumping on calls and pitching to strangers. Basic Excel/Sheets discipline (you don't run from a spreadsheet). What you get (non-negotiable honestly) Commission: Get paid on verified outcomes (qualified calls booked, signed LOIs, waitlist milestones). Quality > volume, transparent tracking, zero fluff. Ownership: You're running early growth, not forwarding emails for a middle manager. Founder Access: Direct line to the founders. No 7 layers of management. The Upside: War stories, proof you can sell a new category, and a clear path to a paid retainer or equity chat if you print results. Subject vibe: I sell outcomes, not vibes
