Requirements
Help align CX and Product Management teams by organizing customer feedback, product questions, and feature requests. Draft and update customer communications through Intercom, email, in-app messaging, and help- center content. Support product marketing materials such as product updates, FAQs, release notes, and customer education content. Identify recurring customer questions and knowledge gaps, and recommend ways to improve communication and product adoption.
