Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
