Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Understand requirements and provide appropriate information/support.
- Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate with different teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain basic reports, records, and documentation.
- Achieve assigned targets/KPIs and meet timelines.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Requirements
- Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches.
- Any graduate degree can be considered.
- Freshers are welcome to apply (0 to 1 year of experience).
- Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
