Responsibilities
- Assist developers with coding, debugging, and testing applications under the guidance of senior team members.
- Write clear, maintainable, and documented code, and participate in code reviews.
- Support the integration of new features and improvements while collaborating with colleagues to understand requirements.
- Prepare basic technical documentation and contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools and practices, including version control workflows where applicable.
Requirements
- Foundational software development and programming skills in at least one language, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Analytical ability to understand requirements, investigate issues, and assess technical solutions.
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with the team, sharing progress, and documenting work.
- Interest in understanding how technical solutions support business and customer needs.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in Kodarma.
- A diploma, undergraduate degree, or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred; equivalent demonstrated skills may also be considered.
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Kodarma, Jharkhand, with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. The role is intended to provide practical software development experience with guidance from experienced developers.
