Lexsi is hiring for the Role of DevRel Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Work on the advanced tools and research from lexsi labs and create marketing artifacts - cookbooks, tutorials, demos etc.
- Build and run outreach and community building activities
- Write and test outreach sequences and track replies, engagement, and calls
- Own day-to-day moderation of the Lexsi Discord
- Answer general and first-line technical questions about our tools
- Route deeper questions on fine-tuning, interpretability, alignment, and agents to the right research or engineering team
- Support AMAs, GitHub releases, product launches, and community initiatives
- Track community and outreach metrics and identify what is working
- Surface recurring questions, documentation gaps, and product feedback to the wider team
Requirements:
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable writing targeted cold outreach that does not feel like spam
- Experience managing or moderating a Discord community
- Highly organised and comfortable owning multiple workflows
- Enough ML familiarity to follow conversations around LLMs, fine-tuning, interpretability, agents, or alignment
- Comfortable working with researchers and engineers
- Self-starter who can take ownership without constant direction
