Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Create visualizations and dashboards
- Support the development and testing of statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on data analysis findings.
- Collaborate with co-analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
- Apply business acumen to interpret data in the context of organizational goals.
Requirements:
This internship is open to individuals pursuing a degree in a relevant field who are eager to gain practical experience in data analysis. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in statistical concepts and quantitative analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, coupled with strong skills in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, alongside advanced proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- A solid understanding of statistical principles, machine learning concepts, and the ability to apply them to real-world problems, complemented by excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
