Labcorp is hiring for the role of Apps Software Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with teammates, designers, and testers to build software step-by-step. - Write code for both front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side) parts of applications. - Create simple and reusable design elements that can be used across different parts of the app. - Handle assigned coding tasks independently, while asking for help when needed. - Write tests to make sure your code works correctly and is easy to maintain. - Aim to write clean and efficient code that works well even when used by many users.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Technology
- Current or Prior Labcorp Intern experience.
- Master's degree in computer science.
- 6 months of experience working with Docker and images.
- 6 months of experience with CI/CD and DevOps to support continuous delivery of micro service-based applications
- 1 or more years of professional Java + Spring Framework development experience.
- 6 months of experience in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax.
- Strong demonstration of data structures, algorithms, OO Design, and asynchronous programming
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Angular and other JavaScript frameworks,
- Core Java 1.8+, Springboot, Service Oriented Architecture (Microservices).
- Knowledge in building cloud-based solutions in AWS or Azure.
- Write optimize code and Strong understanding of design for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge in RESTful service design and implementation.
