About the Company
Kovon is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support high-volume recruitment for blue- and grey-collar workforce requirements. This opportunity is suited to a strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with candidates, understanding their availability and suitability, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment operations, candidate engagement, screening, and hiring coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and explain job opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for blue- and grey-collar positions during bulk hiring campaigns.
- Ask structured screening questions, record candidate information accurately, and maintain an updated recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate follow-ups, interview scheduling, documentation, and joining-related communication.
- Work with the recruitment team to meet daily calling, screening, and candidate engagement goals.
- Share timely updates on candidate progress and flag issues that may affect hiring timelines.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Comfort with frequent phone conversations and a target-oriented calling role.
- Ability to communicate respectfully with candidates from varied backgrounds.
- Good organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office and learn practical recruitment processes.
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Bangalore, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 for 3 months. The role provides hands-on experience in recruitment calling, candidate screening, bulk hiring, and coordination.
