About the Company
Kotak Education Foundation is offering students an opportunity to build practical exposure in information technology operations. The internship will place the selected interns alongside an IT team supporting day-to-day technology needs across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with laptop formatting, operating-system support and basic device setup.
- Support software installation, configuration and routine system maintenance.
- Assist with Sophos Antivirus installation and basic configuration activities.
- Investigate and resolve basic laptop, software and connectivity issues under team guidance.
- Respond to day-to-day technical requirements and help maintain smooth IT operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, including B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Technology, or a related programme.
- Basic familiarity with Windows OS, computer systems, software installation and configuration.
- Foundational troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in IT support and technology operations, along with good communication and a willingness to learn.
This is a one-month, unpaid, in-office internship based in Mumbai with two openings. It is designed for students seeking hands-on experience with laptop support, system configuration, antivirus setup and practical IT operations.
