Kotak Education Foundation works to strengthen educational outcomes and create meaningful opportunities for students and communities. This internship offers practical exposure to alumni relations, social impact programmes, stakeholder communication and engagement data management.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to alumni across KEF scholarship programmes to support registration and profile completion.
- Conduct telephonic conversations, explain the benefits of staying connected and assist alumni with profile updates on the designated platform.
- Follow up on pending information and accurately update registration and interaction status in trackers or systems.
- Identify alumni interested in mentoring, volunteering, career guidance, networking and other giving-back opportunities.
- Support data verification, alumni engagement campaigns, orientations, events and related initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English and Hindi or Marathi.
- Comfort speaking with alumni over the phone and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, online forms and data entry.
- Good follow-up, coordination and attention-to-detail skills.
- An energetic, proactive approach and an interest in education, social impact, community engagement or alumni relations.
This is a one-month, unpaid, full-time internship based in Deonar, Mumbai. The intern will work closely with the Alumni Team and contribute to maintaining accurate records while helping build lasting connections with KEF alumni.
