About the Company
Koolage is an AI-powered learning platform focused on helping students discover more effective, engaging and practical ways to learn. We are looking for a curious, proactive Marketing Intern to support real startup projects and help strengthen how Koolage connects with students and communities. This remote, project-based internship is designed for someone who enjoys learning by doing and wants meaningful exposure to early-stage growth work.
Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing initiatives across relevant online channels.
- Plan and create clear, engaging content for social media and student-focused communication.
- Contribute to student outreach, community-building activities and campaign execution.
- Help research audiences, identify growth opportunities and track campaign progress.
- Collaborate with the team to develop practical campaign ideas, test approaches and improve engagement.
Requirements
- Students and freshers who are motivated to learn, build and contribute are welcome.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media management, content creation and student outreach.
- Understanding of community building, campaign planning and growth concepts is preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, initiative, organization and willingness to take ownership are important.
- Comfort working remotely and adapting in a project-based startup environment is expected.
What You Will Gain
You will work on real Koolage projects and gain practical startup experience, project exposure and hands-on learning in digital marketing and growth. You will develop an understanding of student audiences, content-led outreach, community initiatives and campaign execution while contributing to an AI-powered education platform. After the initial three-month period, continuation, extension or a paid opportunity may be considered based on performance, contribution, project requirements and Koolage's growth or business situation. Any such opportunity is not guaranteed.
Compensation: This is an unpaid, project-based internship for an initial period of 3 months.
