Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other payroll-related regulations.
- Verify payroll inputs such as salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Degree could be B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance).
- Understanding of basic accounting, tally or related software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for freshers and students.
