- Delivering retouched imagery for print and digital artwork
- Perform colour correction, skin and product retouching, compositing, and general image clean-up
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage the weekly and campaign needs for ALDI, including timelines and budget allowances per
shot
- Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and other retouchers to achieve the creative vision
- Manage other BMF clients' retouching/post-production requirements
- Advise the Photography studio on best approach for shooting regarding post-production needs
- Digital image creation using AI tools
- Fluent in English reading and writing with strong communication skills
- 2–3 years of professional retouching experience (studio, agency, or freelance)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Solid understanding of colour, lighting, and composition
- Ability to take direction and also make creative decisions independently
- Strong technical knowledge about print and digital imagery, including colour profiles, file formats,
image resolutions, image resizing and production processes
- General knowledge of photography and the photographic industry
- Experience in and/or willingness to learn digital image creation using AI tools
- Competent with a Wacom and Apple Mac OS
