About the Company
Khushal Designer is a creative boutique agency specializing in branding, FMCG packaging design, e-commerce/website development, and digital marketing. We're looking for a communicative and reliable Client Relations Intern to support client coordination and help maintain strong working relationships as we deliver design and marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, calls, or messages to share updates and gather feedback.
- Coordinate between clients and the internal design/video team to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally, escalating where needed.
- Maintain records of client conversations, project status, and follow-ups.
- Manage assigned work remotely for approximately 1–5 hours per day, with Sundays off.
Requirements
- Applicants with 0–1 year of experience in client servicing, communication, or a related area are welcome.
- Strong spoken and written English & Hindi communication skills.
- Patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability when handling client concerns.
- Comfortable working independently and communicating online.
