Role:

- Visit Local Food Businesses: Walk around assigned food streets, cafés, restaurants, and cloud kitchens in Hyderabad every day to spot potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit Local Food Businesses: Walk around assigned food streets, cafés, restaurants, and cloud kitchens in Hyderabad every day to spot potential clients.  Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential merchant prospects basis establishment size, operational maturity, and digitisation readiness.
  • Meet Business Owners: Meet restaurant owners and managers face-to-face, understand their daily operational problems, and explain how Swaad POS can help.
  • Give Live Product Demos: Show restaurant owners how the software works in real time, including billing, table management, voice ordering, and kitchen displays.
  • Close Sales Deals: Answer client questions, handle pricing concerns, compare with competitors, and get merchants to sign up for subscriptions.
  • Support Initial Setup: Stay in touch with clients for their first 30 days and work with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and setup.
  • Track Daily Work in CRM: Update all lead details, meetings, and follow-ups daily in the sales tracking system and share field reports with the sales head.
  • Share Market Feedback: Pass on merchant feedback, competitor details, and requested software features to the product and leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Are available for on-ground field work across Hyderabad.
  • Can speak Telugu and/or English clearly to talk to local restaurant owners
  • Are comfortable with daily travel and walking across food markets and restaurant zones.
  • Can handle sales rejection positively and stay motivated on the field.
  • Having your own two-wheeler or prior sales/college fest coordination experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
