Eligibility:
Kenvue Future Leader Identification Program is open only to first-year students of the eligible B-Schools as listed below:
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai
- Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad
- Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai
- Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), Mumbai
- SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR)
- Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune
Competition Structure:
Online Assessment Round:
- Shortlisted students must participate in the Online Assessment to be eligible to be in the running to become a Kenvue Future Leader.
- The students must join the MCQ Assessment from a PC/Laptop. The MCQ Assessment will not work on mobile devices.
- The assessment will feature questions across the Behavioural, Cognitive and Supply Chain domains.
Final Interviews:
- Shortlisted students will be interviewed for the role. Further details will be shared close to the round.
