Job Description:

  • Parent Company: Employment under Kaiser Abbott Private Limited (KAPL). Important: This is not a direct employment opportunity with the client company.
  • Position Name: Inside Tele Performance Executive (ITPE)
  • Reporting To: The Team Manager / Team Leader
  • Job Location: Kolkata
  • Qualification Required: Graduate (Any) / Preferably graduated between 2021 to 2026
  • Preferred Age Group: Up to 40 years
  • Gender (Male / Female): Any
  • Work Experience: Freshers can also apply / Preference will be given to candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, recruitment, tele-calling, relationship management or customer acquisition.
  • Remuneration INR: For freshers, fixed between 10K to 12K/month (In hand). More for experienced candidates depends on relevant experience.
  • Other Benefits: Company-paid accommodation for female outstation candidates + Incentive + Yearly bonus

  • Proposed Head Quarter: Kolkata
  • Nature Of Job (In Door / Out Door / Hybrid): Hybrid (Full-time employment with KAPL)

Work Profile (Description):

  • Source potential resources through calls, references, databases, social media and other channels.
  • Screen and assess prospects based on eligibility, communication and suitability.
  • Explain the job opportunity, earning potential, licensing process (if any) and business expectations.
  • Handle candidate queries and objections to build confidence and interest.
  • Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing formalities.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and records, pipeline and follow-up status.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly manpower acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly on boarded resources.
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader to improve manpower acquisition volume.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups.
  • Dialing atleast 120 - 150 phone calls in a day.

Working Hours:

- 09:00AM - 06:00PM (Monday - Friday) / 09:00AM - 04:00PM (Saturday)

Working Days:

- Monday to Saturday
