Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical design, drafting, engineering calculations, and preparation of technical documentation.
- Support the evaluation of components, materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of mechanical problems.
- Maintain accurate project records and follow applicable safety, quality, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Suitable for candidates with 0–1 years of experience, including fresh graduates.
- Sound understanding of engineering mechanics, manufacturing fundamentals, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, learn relevant design tools, and communicate clearly with team members.
- Strong analytical approach, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to completing work responsibly.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Rajkot, Gujarat, with an annual compensation range of ₹2.4–3 LPA.
