K21 Academy is hiring college interns across India. Interns who perform well will be offered full-time employment once they finish college.
About K21 Academy
K21 Academy is a global IT training organization that has trained 46,000+ professionals across 40+ countries. We run certification and job-focused programs in AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Cloud (AWS and Azure), DevOps, Data and Python. We are also an Anthropic Partner Academy, with teams in the UK and India.
As an intern, you will work inside a real EdTech business with learners and clients from around the world. Work from home, learn the most in-demand AI and cloud skills, and earn a path to a full-time job before you graduate.
Who Can Apply
You can apply if you are in 3rd year, final year, or graduated in 2026 from a college in India.
- Tech background (preferred): B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or similar, with a genuine interest in AI, cloud or software.
- Non-tech graduates are welcome too: any stream is fine if you have excellent communication skills.
What matters most to us:
- Clear, confident spoken and written English
- A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn fast
- Good presentation skills and comfort speaking in front of a group
- Ability to work independently from home
What You Will Do
You will be the face and support system of our live sessions, working directly with learners and clients.
- Moderate live sessions: support our weekend live classes and keep them running smoothly.
- Act as a session facilitator: welcome learners, manage questions and chat, and keep sessions on track.
- Work with learners and clients: answer queries, follow up, and help them get the most from their program.
- Support the team on live initiatives: contribute to real projects across training, content and operations.

Schedule and Time Commitment
The internship is fully remote and built around your college timetable.
- Days: Saturday and Sunday
- Hours: 4 hours each day
- Timing (IST): 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Flexibility: Fixed (live sessions)
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 2 hours each day
- Timing (IST): Any time between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Flexibility: Flexible, you choose
