Who we are
Jumboking is an Indian burger chain with around 180 stores across 8 cities in India and the UAE. Our Training & Audit team makes sure every store team knows exactly how to do their job - and we do that through videos, presentations, SOPs and reports.
What you'll actually do
You'll be making real content that goes out to 180+ stores. Not coffee runs, not filing.
- Build training reports and audit dashboards in Excel
- Make presentations for training sessions and team reviews
- Write training modules, SOPs and quizzes for store staff
- Design posters, infographics and training visuals in Canva
- Shoot and edit short training videos
- Work directly with our Head Office team and improve your work based on their feedback
What we're looking for
- You're comfortable with Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or Google Slides)
- You've used Canva, or you're willing to learn it fast
- You can write and speak clearly in English
- Video editing is a plus - but honestly, not required. We'll teach you.
- You can come to our Goregaon East office for a full working day
- Most important: you're curious, you take ownership, and you notice details
No prior work experience needed. Students and freshers are welcome.
