About the Organization:
JoviQ Technologies is inviting enthusiastic campus representatives to join its Campus Delegate internship program. This opportunity is designed to connect students with the organization through meaningful campus engagement, coordinated outreach, and effective communication. As a Campus Delegate, interns will represent JoviQ Technologies within their campus community, help strengthen student connections, and contribute to the organization's outreach initiatives while gaining practical experience in stakeholder interaction and public relations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent JoviQ Technologies across the assigned campus community and serve as a point of contact for students.
- Support the promotion of the organization's initiatives, programs, internship opportunities, and activities among relevant student groups.
- Engage with students through campus networks, student communities, and appropriate communication channels.
- Coordinate campus-based outreach activities and help ensure their smooth execution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with student groups, campus representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Share accurate information about JoviQ Technologies and its campus-focused initiatives with interested students through social media platforms like Whatsapp, Instagram etc;
- Collect feedback, questions, and responses from the campus community and communicate relevant updates to the organization.
- Assist with public relations and awareness-building efforts to increase the organization's visibility on campus.
- Provide regular updates on engagement activities, outreach progress, and campus interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bring strong Community Engagement abilities to connect authentically with students and contribute to an active campus presence.
- Use effective Communication Skills, Coordination skills, and Stakeholder Engagement to support outreach activities and build productive relationships.
- Apply an understanding of Public Relations (PR) to represent JoviQ Technologies professionally and strengthen awareness across the campus community.
