We are hiring for a Research and Strategic Initiatives Intern!
What you'll work on:
- Research labour migration and workforce availability across villages and blocks.
- Conduct structured calls with Pradhans, teachers, shopkeepers, migrant families and other local stakeholders.
- Collect and organise primary and secondary research into structured datasets.
- Analyse the data to identify patterns and insights.
- Document findings and share recommendations.
What we're looking for :
- Good communication and research skills.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking to people.
- Ability to organise information and identify patterns.
- Interest in research, strategy or data analysis.
- Ability to commit for the full project duration.
