About the Company
JobPaglu is building a modern career platform that helps students and professionals discover relevant opportunities, tailor their profiles, and automate parts of their job search.
As a Campus Growth & Product Intern, you'll work closely with students across India to understand their career and job-search challenges, help them discover JobPaglu, and bring real user insights back to our product team.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections with students and campus communities across India.
- Understand students' challenges, habits, and expectations while searching for jobs and internships.
- Introduce students to JobPaglu and help them understand how it can support their career journey.
- Conduct conversations and user research to gather structured feedback.
- Identify recurring student needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Share clear and actionable insights with the product team.
- Support campus-focused growth initiatives and experiments.
- Help test new ideas for reaching, engaging, and serving student users.
- Track and communicate learnings from your campus and student community.
Requirements
- Strong curiosity about students, careers, products, and growth.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Empathy and genuine interest in understanding real user problems.
- Ability to organize feedback and communicate observations clearly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in community building, user research, marketing, growth, or product thinking.
Students from any academic background are welcome to apply. Candidates are required to have access to a laptop or Computer.
This is a remote, full-time internship open to applicants across India. The internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to campus growth, user understanding, product feedback, and the development of a career-focused platform.
