- Shift: 24/7 Rotational
- Experience Required: Minimum 0 - 6 months in International BPO Voice Process only
- Cab Facility: Both Side ( Upto 30 KM )
Important (Read Before Applying):
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process
- Experience in US, UK, processes preferred
Job Role:
- Excellent communication skills
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based
- tools to review accounts, research policies and provide
- effective solutions.
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service;
- document contact topics and actions in tools.
- Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate
- issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality
- standards.
