About the Company
JIGYASU is hiring dedicated Jigyasu Instructors to deliver experiential, activity-based science education across Odisha. In this role, you will conduct practical sessions, demonstrate experiments, and explain foundational concepts for secondary science and higher secondary (+2 / Classes 11 & 12) Physics under the CHSE Odisha curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on Instruction: Facilitate step-by-step practical experiments and demonstrations using designated apparatus and materials.
- Concept Clarity: Explain core physics and general science concepts clearly, lead discussions around activity questions, and resolve student queries.
- Student Assessment: Track, evaluate, and record student participation, practical understanding, and learning outcomes.
- Lab Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain apparatus, monitor kit inventory, and record daily session performance data.
- Organizational Contributions: Attend mandatory online training sessions, participate in internal review meetings, and support product enrichment initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Background (Any one):
- B.Sc. in Physics
- B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
- B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Age Requirement: 22 to 46 years old as of September 1, 2026.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).
- Physical Fitness: Good physical health with no severe impairments in vision, mobility, or manual dexterity required to operate scientific instruments.
- Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen and resident.
