About the Company:
Jigsaw HR Consultants is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join their team. This role reports directly to the Founder and offers a unique opportunity to shape the social media presence of the company in the dynamic UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Create engaging content calendars, compelling copywriting, and impactful short-form video content (Reels).
- Manage paid social campaigns, including Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Oversee community management and foster influencer partnerships within the UAE market.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Founder.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in managing social media accounts, with a preference for agency or multi-brand experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing real growth numbers and successful campaigns.
- Hands-on proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and various social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- A strong understanding of the UAE/GCC social landscape.
- Bonus points for experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe creative suite, social commerce, and Instagram automation.
