Jigsaw HR Consultants is seeking an experienced Operations Executive (Travel Consultant) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional with a passion for travel and a knack for creating seamless experiences for clients. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute domestic & international travel itineraries for clients.
- Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Coordinate effectively with airlines, hotels, and various travel vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage client queries, modifications, and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement travel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously work towards improving existing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
- 2-3 years of proven experience working in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel consultancy.
- Strong hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of both domestic and outbound international travel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on client servicing.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
