JAZZ Earbudere is a Pune-based audio technology and lifestyle electronics brand, designing earbuds, neckbands, and headphones for everyday life - sold online and across major marketplaces.
Role Overview
We're looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow JAZZ Earbudere's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces - from listings and pricing to ads and performance.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, A+/EBC content)
- Manage pricing, inventory levels, and stock updates across all platforms
- Plan and run sponsored ads/PPC campaigns; monitor ACOS, CTR, and conversion
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Monitor and respond to customer questions, reviews, and ratings
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team on order fulfilment, returns, and claims
- Stay current on marketplace policies, seller performance metrics, and account health
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub
- Working knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC / Flipkart Ads)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with sales data
- Good written communication for listings and customer responses
- Bachelor's degree preferred
