Responsibilities:
- Research prospective customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Assist the business development team with lead generation and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and basic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and a positive prospect experience.
- Track industry trends and share useful observations with the team.
