Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, organize and maintain business and customer information accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Review records for completeness, identify inconsistencies and follow established processes for data quality.
- Prepare and coordinate email marketing campaigns for international audiences, including list management, scheduling, formatting and basic reporting.
- Track campaign responses, maintain communication records and share timely updates with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily priorities, protect confidential information and complete assigned work within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with six months or more of relevant exposure will be added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good written communication and comfortable use of computers, email, spreadsheets and online tools.
- Ability to work methodically, manage repetitive tasks with consistency and learn new processes quickly.
- Professional communication skills suitable for working with international clients or audiences.
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dehradun, with a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
