Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA for various lead generation campaigns.
- Effectively communicate and promote company products/services to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive business success.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines while handling customer data.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in international BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
