About the Company
Ipix Movies and Content Studios is a Mumbai-based creative content studio founded in 2009. The company brings together filmmaking, photography, creative direction, and production expertise to create high-quality visual stories for leading brands, creators, and businesses. Its work spans branded films, social media content, corporate videos, digital campaigns, and original productions, combining creativity, technology, and production excellence.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media, branded content, corporate films, events, and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form edits for Reels, Shorts, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Organize, manage, and back up footage, project files, and associated media assets.
- Work with filmmakers, content creators, and the Creative Team to understand project objectives and storytelling requirements.
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, and basic motion elements where appropriate.
- Support colour correction, audio clean-up, final exports, and quality checks.
- Track assigned timelines, incorporate feedback positively, and deliver edits on schedule.
- Stay informed about editing trends, storytelling formats, and platform-specific content styles.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or diploma holder in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software; Premiere Pro is preferred.
- Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, sound design, and post-production workflows.
- Strong interest in films, digital content, creators, and emerging media trends.
- Excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to respond constructively to feedback.
- This is a full-time, on-site internship in Mumbai reporting to the Creative Team. The selected intern will receive hands-on exposure to professional filmmaking, photography, branded content, and content strategy, with a potential pathway to a full-time role based on performance.
