Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective learners via voice calls, messaging platforms, and email to guide them on suitable upskilling tracks.
- Articulate curriculum value, program objectives, and enrollment procedures effectively to prospective candidates.
- Conduct structured follow-ups, address inquiries, and convert prospective student interest into enrolled learners.
- Maintain precise daily records of outreach, interactions, and conversion status within CRM trackers.
- Collaborate with internal sales leadership to refine outreach approaches and continuously enhance communication skills.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with an appetite for business development.
- Target-oriented mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced sales atmosphere.
- Prior familiarity with basic customer handling, telecalling, or sales concepts is advantageous.
- Fresher level experience (0 years).
