Opportunity brief
This year, Eclipse is bringing a brand new event: Laser Tag! For those of you who don't know, laser tag is a shooting sport with lasers (how surprising).
Participants will compete in teams within a futuristic space-exploration setting, engaging in gameplay centred on exploration, mission objectives, and strategic teamwork.
Laser tag aligns with ECLIPSE's astronomy theme by bringing key aspects of space missions, communication, navigation, coordination, and decision-making, to life through an immersive, interactive experience. It also offers an accessible entry point for students unfamiliar with astronomy, encouraging them to engage with the broader theme of space exploration through an exciting, team-based activity.
