About the Company:
InterActHr- Trusted Hiring Partners! is hiring for a digital media agency seeking a versatile creative professional to support client brands across social media and digital campaigns. This full-time opportunity is based in Mumbai and offers the chance to work on varied design and video projects in a fast-moving agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create static and animated social media creatives, reels, banners, and campaign assets.
- Edit engaging videos for social platforms, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop motion graphics and animated visual elements using After Effects when required.
- Apply client brand guidelines consistently across design and video deliverables.
- Explore AI-enabled design tools and contribute creative ideas for improving campaign content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; After Effects experience is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing capability.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Willingness to work full-time for six days a week; after probation, the 2nd and 4th Saturdays will be off.
