Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and networking
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs
- Maintain and update customer data and sales activities in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product) for feedback and improvements
- Assist in sales follow-ups and opportunity tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and build a career in sales
- Ability to work independently and in a team
