What You'll Do
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand existing courses, content and industry trends.
- Research online platforms, courses, articles, reports and other relevant resources.
- Identify important topics, content gaps and emerging areas that should be covered in our courses.
- Conduct student/learner research to understand their needs, expectations and challenges.
- Support interviews and discussions with faculty members and industry experts and document key insights.
- Benchmark existing content and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Convert research findings into topic recommendations, course outlines and content frameworks.
- Present research findings and recommendations to the internal team.
- Maintain clear documentation and references for all research.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who is genuinely curious and enjoys research, exploration and learning new subjects.
- Strong research, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent internet research and information-gathering abilities.
- Ability to go beyond surface-level information and deep-dive into a topic.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to organize information and turn it into meaningful insights.
- Comfortable interacting with students, faculty and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Students/recent graduates who have a strong interest in research, learning, content development, education or exploring new ideas.
- Candidates from Management, Education, Research, Psychology, Communications, Humanities or related fields are welcome.
- Women returning to work after a career break are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Gain
