Key Outcomes:
Campaign Monitoring
- Monitor Meta Ads campaigns and track daily performance.
- Identify major changes or performance issues and report them to the team.
Campaign Execution
- Support campaign setup, updates, budget changes, and ad launches.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
Performance Analysis
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
- Assist in identifying trends and performance opportunities.
Creative & Campaign Alignment
- Coordinate with the creative team for new ad creatives.
- Help organize and test different creatives, formats, and messaging.
Primary Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor active Meta campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and update reporting sheets.
- Check budgets, spend, targeting, placements, and ad performance.
- Flag underperforming ads or campaigns to the reporting manager.
- Assist with campaign changes and routine updates.
- Maintain organized campaign and creative records.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance.
- Prepare basic performance reports.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing creatives.
- Support testing of new audiences, creatives, and messaging.
- Coordinate with the creative team for upcoming ad requirements.
- Share observations and learning with the Performance Marketing team.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising is preferred.
Analytical Skills
- Interest in numbers and performance data.
- Ability to understand basic metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and conversions.
- Willingness to learn performance analysis and optimization.
Execution Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized approach to tasks and reporting.
- Ability to follow processes and execute tasks accurately.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Learning & Ownership

Experience & Qualifications:
- Fresher or 0–6 months of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields can apply.
- A Digital Marketing certification or practical Meta Ads project is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
