Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate asset register per agreed procedures, executing day-to-day asset administration tasks, and producing routine reports to support asset management activities and informed decision-making.
Supports ITAM data preparation and analysis under guidance by processing and validating datasets and generates standard reports and insights using established tools and methods.
Supports the collection of contract performance data and, under routine supervision, produces standard performance reports to inform ITAM contract oversight and decision-making.
Delivers routine support per agreed guidelines for established ITAM methods and tools, assists with their configuration and maintenance under routine supervision, and helps create and update associated documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. IT, Business or Finance) and can demonstrate equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of at least one licensing management tool.
IT literacy and business awareness, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to learn technical concepts and follow established procedures.
ITAM Tool Certification (e.g. Flexera, ServiceNow, USU) and IAITAM certifications (CSAM or CITAM
