Infor is hiring for the role of Associate Designer
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Produce end-to-end creative assets using existing brand guidelines and templates, including social cards, blog graphics, digital ads, signage (small and large format), and resized/adapted assets for multiple platforms.
- Leverage and direct AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative image, layout, or copy tools) to accelerate production while applying human judgment to ensure quality, relevance, and brand alignment.
- Deliver work reliably in a remote environment, managing multiple briefs, deadlines, and formats while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards, ensuring all outputs align with established visual identity, tone, and accessibility requirements.
- Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, applying revisions efficiently and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement or optimization.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Professional design experience producing marketing or product-related assets from brief to final delivery, preferably in a fast-paced or production-focused environment.
- Hands on Exp in to Canva tool is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI or automation tools used in creative workflows, with the ability to prompt, refine, and evaluate outputs effectively.
- Strong execution and project management skills, including file organization, version control, and adherence to timelines.
- Proven ability to collaborate remotely, communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B SaaS/domain fluency: Experience creating content for technical buyers (IT, security, data, ops) and translating product capabilities into clear value narratives.
- AI governance & responsible use: Familiarity with ethical AI practices (copyright/IP awareness, disclosure norms, bias checks, source validation) and building lightweight guardrails for teams.
- Design/content systems experience in an enterprise setting: Exposure to brand systems, component-based design, or template libraries that improve consistency across teams and channels.
- Global collaboration strengths: Prior work across time zones; bonus for multilingual capability or experience adapting content for regional markets. Open to working modified hours.
