Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making calls to hospitals and clinics for follow-up regarding medical record requests after the initial submission.
Requirements:
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills - comprehending English are essential.
- Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in US night shift.
- Prior experience in the US medical records retrieval process OR any US voice process will be an added advantage, but this is not mandatory.
