Responsibilities of the Intern:

Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services
Develop a foundational understanding of the customers' businesses, with a goal of knowing exactly which of our solutions and products can help them evolve their business
Assist in designing new and innovative solutions to meet customers' business needs
Collect the technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans
Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires
Conduct captivating demos and POCs
Assist in conducting scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations
Deliver comprehensive and precise technical documentation
Configure and implement Infobip solutions to meet customer's business requirements
Assist in trainings and solution enablement sessions for SMB customers and document with meeting minutes summaries

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or recently graduated.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Passion for learning new technologies, development tools, and emerging trends.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, projects, or applications.
Experience with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code is an advantage.
GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects, technical contributions, or a software development portfolio.
Demonstrated interest in building practical software, AI solutions, or technology-focused projects.
