Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on bulk hiring operations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to optimize hiring efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for bulk hiring experience.
- MBA, BBA, or any degree with relevant recruitment experience.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
