Opportunity brief
Consulting Consortium – Fourth Edition:
- The consulting clubs of the Indian School of Business (ISB), IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Calcutta are excited to present the fourth edition of Consulting Consortium.
- Young entrepreneurs will get an opportunity to step into the shoes of CXOs and solve real-life business situations.
- This prestigious event serves as a beacon for aspiring business leaders, offering a platform that melds intellect, teamwork, and creative acumen to solve the nuances of the problem.
Round 1: Case Quiz:
- Participants are put to the ultimate test with real consulting-based quiz questions.
- This quiz will consist of 40 questions to be completed in 15 minutes.
- The top 100 teams will proceed to the next round.
Round 2: Initial Case Solution:
- Shortlisted teams will be sent a case to which they will be required to send their solution in a PPT.
- This will be a 3-slide presentation solution submission (1 slide of appendix allowed).
- Further details and criteria for evaluation will be made known in due course.
- The top 20 teams will proceed to the final round.
Round 3: Final Presentation Submission:
- Teams selected for the final round will be required to expand and elaborate on their solutions.
- The selected teams are to submit detailed solutions to the case.
- Format: Full-length 8-slide plus 3-slide appendix presentation submission by the top 20 teams.
- A detailed version of the same case will be made live.
Round 4: Final Case Submission and Presentation (Virtual):
- The final round will be a detailed case submission followed by an online case presentation.
- The top 10 teams will battle it out to showcase the brilliance of their solutions to an elite panel of judges.
- The presentation will be 10 minutes followed by a Q&A session of 5 minutes.
Rules:
- Registration is allowed in teams of 3–4 members.
- Registration is open for all undergraduate and postgraduate students from all domains.
- A person can be associated only with a single team.
- Multiple registrations by a particular team or person shall lead to disqualification.
- In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the organizing team shall be binding.
- Cross-year and cross-college teams are allowed.
Terms and Conditions:
- All decisions regarding eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will rest with the organizing committee comprising the consulting clubs of ISB, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Calcutta.
- The format, structure, and schedule of the events may be modified prior to the commencement of the competition at the discretion of the organizers.
- The decisions of the organizers shall be final and binding on all participants.
